Software subscriptions

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing billing@vibeita.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.

Refunds

• 14-day money-back guaranteeon a first paid subscription: if you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or forgot to cancel, contact us — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.

Consumer products

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and any shipping fees are shown at checkout and vary by destination. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Returns

• 30-day returns on physical products in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.
• To start a return, email support@vibeita.comwith your order number. We'll send return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Digital products

Downloadable or instantly-delivered digital goods are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law or where the product is defective.
