Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Vibeita ("vibeita") collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to run our business.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Data we collect
- Contact details — name and email when you subscribe to updates, create an account, or contact us.
- Order & billing data — items purchased, subscription plan, billing address, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — pages visited and basic device information, collected to keep the site secure and improve it.
2. How we use your data
- To provide, bill, and support the products and services you request.
- To send transactional messages (order confirmations, renewals, receipts).
- To send product updates where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
- To detect fraud, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver what you buy), your consent (for marketing emails), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve our services), and legal obligations (such as tax and accounting).
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, and email delivery — under agreements that require them to protect it. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@vibeita.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of significant incidents as required by law.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes & contact
We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new "last updated" date. Questions or requests? Email hello@vibeita.com or see our Contact page.
